  7. Ok, i didn't know Lewington's went bankrupt. I could not find any Emeralds decals so i used leftovers from an Auslowe decalsheet. Auslowe don't sell that anymore so if anyone of you maybe have the Lewington decals i would be more than happy to purchase them from you. I have ordered an T909 from auslowe and would be nice to built that in the same livery. Thnx for the compliments you all
  8. thanks, no it was the bleu western star with an naked lady decal on the sides. I dont know the box number gr chris
  9. Finally finished, after 5 months work and a lot of problems. Not due Auslowe though. Hope you like it. gr chris gr chris
  10. This SCANIA T164 was my truck for nine years, legal max gross weight in The Netherlands is 50 ton. Empty was a bit heavy with 27 ton, but with spread axle on the trailer was 57 ton gross weight no problem for axle overloading. Most of the times loaded to 60 ton gross weight. This is an TERBERG, uses an VOLVO cabin and engine. Legal max gross weight also 50 ton. gr chris
  11. This is the revell dump truck, i changed it in an 4 axle truck. Also about 15 years old. gr chris
  12. This one i built about 10 year ago. It's am mix of both italeri en revell wrecker body's and an little bit of my own bodywork. gr chris
  13. i make them myself, it's not that difficult. i buy ready cut glass in the exact measurement and gleu it with clear silicone kit. Like an aquarium but then upside down. The bottom is about 2cm thick wood plank that fit inside the glass. Around the wood an wooden profile they use for making furniture or plints in the house. So the glass rests on that profile. I hope you understand. I can make pics maybe later. gr chris Here you can see the profile what i mean.
  14. WOW, must have been a lot of work. Massive front wow. great built, gr chris
  15. Beautiful working truck, something different then all those Pete's and Kenny's. And you prove there is no need for expensive aftermarket stuff all the time. Looks great, gr chris
  16. I admired your work allready before, unbelieveable you built those trucks from plasticard and filler. Great truck gr chris
  17. Does anyone know if the chassis and engine are the same as the lonestar?? I know the exhaust and air intake are different. I have ordered an T909 from Auslowe and that needs an Lonestar kit as chassis donor but i like to buy the prostar because i have allready an Lonestar. The Prostar cabin i want to use for an stretched and lowerd custom truck on an italeri chassis. Thanks christiaan
  18. Revell should bring out only the towing unit as an kit. with an lower price tag. The pete and chassis i have built enough and not like to start them over again. I think it would be an hammer, i would buy one immediatly for lot's of other trucks to fit.
  19. AWESOME TRUCKS , Can you explain how you built those Kenworth cabs.
  20. very very beautiful truck, great details too
  21. wow, great model. Like the headlights and sunvisor. Very good
