    OK thanks Jim but I guess I didnt call it the right thing. It would be the convertible top cover, for when the top is folded down ( convertible boot ? ) P.S. found something very close from a 64 GTO convertible. Thanks Matt

    Now this is one for the rivet counters. VERY NICE!!!! My brother inlaw started over 30yrs ago driving one of this and now drives OTR for them.

    VERY NICE 65 Jim. I'm not a chevy guy but I"m building a resin 64 chevelle conv.curbside for a friends dad for fathers day gift. Do you know what I could use for the conv cover? scratch build?

    Yes research is very important to me. I'm not good with the puter but most of the time I can find what I'm looking for. As Harry says all you have to do is google it.Thats part of the fun.

    Yes, been there done that. I would even cut up an the expensive one ( haven't had to do that yet ) if it were a project I was really passionate about.

    ( DISCLAIMER young kids dont do this ) I often dream of the good old days when you could puchase a kit for under 2 bucks and ALL the old kits I destroyed with BB gun and lighter fluid and fire crackers.

    Aksarben was a neat place ( horse racing & many other events ) back in the day. My dad was booky and I use to go with him to the track.
