Ther is a topic futher down asking if you have seen any young kids shopping for kits, and it reminded me about what happened to me about two weeks ago..... I went to my local Michael's and when i arrived at the model kits there was a small boy of about 10 or 11 years old cluching money in one hand in frantic search mode for a kit..... after a few minutes of my own searching i asked him so what kind of kit are you looking for? he replied with his index finger at a kit of a '49 Mercury special edition.... "nice" i said "i have that kit".... "But i can't get it i don't have enough money" he said. so i asked how much you got..... and to make a long story short the kid got the kit he wanted and i met my wife with a feeling that $20.00 dollars could'nt buy.... I hope I helped to make another modeler......
