Gothic Kustomz replied to CorvairJim's topic in Community Builds
Hi gang, was invited to join this CBP, and man there is some great stuff going on here, so I think I will go ahead an jump in here with my version of Black Sunshine Mustang, guess I will just show the wip, and close the other thread, from here on out, I will just post the wip here, and hope, you guys are willing to be honest, and as forthcoming as some of the other members, I like ideas too, and I cant see it all but you can see what I missed, so let me know, you wont hurt my feelings. Right now im working on lowering the front, as it will have 19" an 23" chrome Ts as wheels, or I just might go the whole black out treatment, not sure yet..... Thank you CorvairJim for the invite.... -
Thats why I luv this hobby so much man, you can let your mind fly, and its plastic, so if you mess it up, rebuild it, don't like it, rebuild it, wanna do it YOUR way then go for it, there are some awesome builders here, and it's kewl to see what comes to mind on some of those builds, oh, an yeah there's the trolls, but what are you gonna do ? there everywhere, but it's not gonna stop me from building. And to everyone thank you for the encouraging words....
-
I did'nt know about your CBP, going to go look it up and take a look at the rules, see what's going on, and see if I have enough time, as I'm a way slow builder, but I will take a look...

OH no! it's the build police, everybody, stop building what your building, unless he inspects it and it's right, feel better? to bad. Guess the easy way to explain this so you can understand, is like this, I like Rob Zombie, I like the song Black Sunshine, so I thought I would build MY version of the car, is that ok with you, to bad......

Yep you guessed it, she is tilted, and twisted, just waiting on her engine, I made pins for the front wheels, I'm sic and tired of the axles going thru the block, well here she sits now waiting, I have to run a center line down the hood, and a few other things, the power plant will be a street blown 572, or 588 ci god block, comments welcome, good or bad, its good that people see what I missed, so dont feed me a carp sandwhich, and tell me it's PB&J, speak your mind, I wear big boy spidey undies,

OK, fresh out of the paint, It's Dupli-Color metal speck silver, now I kinda think she is sexy this color, I might go ahead an mist, some blue and cherry, to kinda give it a tone... As for wheels, i dunno yet...
