  1. yeah i know its a wip been trying to correct it for a while i converted it from a rubber tire standard rear axle truck to dually plastic tire truck.
  2. 1990 Cougar XR7 Stock except for paint changes I made as compared to the real version. I added an oil dipstick, wired the coil pack and added a hose that runs to the radiator cap on the real cars. The exhausts aint perfect and the hood dont sit flat because of the supercharger. This is my first Mercury build wish i woulda picked up the AMT 69 Cougar Eliminator for only 2 bucks more (this was only 10) as Im a pony car guy but this looked semi interesting.   3. yeah i took a lot closer look the trim is lower on the body and the front clip a little more different than the 78 so ill hafta wait til a cheep model king appears on ebay or amazon
  4. thanks Ira means a lot from the king of kit-bash She's ready for under glass section gotta find the good camera, here's an update on the engine, wired, and painted up the supercharger didn't wanna play nice so the hood sits up a little.
  5. how hard would it be to mod it into a 78? maybe a resin 78 front end?

  7. just some interior work and test fit shots on a custom made lift i made from cardboard and popsicle sticks. The little guy in the picture is me im actually in training to be a mechanic.

  9. lol this ohio snow belt plus over usage of salt causes my 1:1 and everyone elses to turn to crust especially if its a 21 year old buick riviera, or any 90s gm

  11. misted the chassis with brown and tan for a salted rusting look cuz its an ohio car. not gonna rust the body just thought id try something new.

  13. i used popsicle sticks and shelby wheels to make mine.

  15. nice looking truck but why does everyone insist on low profile tires for those wheels lift the dang truck and put the proper tires on it. just my opinion i hafta see this thing when its done.
  16. Picked this up today at the Cleveland piston powered autorama for 10 bucks open but complete, im thinking red paint and posibly an old 60s cougar stripe not sure though and maybe even a modernized ford 427 cammer with a supercharger on it.
  17. this is my 74 dart based of my dads dead dart that he wants to restore i pretty much scratch built the rear end of it, its a 340 with duster hood scoops and aar cuda stripes, Harry P. hated this thing, yes this is how my Dads Old Dead Garage Experiment will look eventually. Back befre i was born my dad had the whole thing primed and ready to paint he was still living at his parents house and it was goint to rain so my grandfather pushed the thing out of the garage and parked his car in it. that ruind the fresh prime heres what it looks like, then heres the scratch part and the finished project. Oh Yeah my mom things since it dont run its a storage unit poor car .
