My first car was a 66 Sportvan with a 230 and a 3 on the tree. Somewhere I have the owners manuals as well as the protect-o-plate for it. The factory original hubcaps that were on mine are definitely the same as the ones in the Revell 64 Chevy C10 kit. Let us all know if you decide to cast it. Id be down to buy a few....

Great looking build from a not-so-great kit. Its been one of my favorites for years but I always have the same problem, the box is terribly warped once assembled. I have my 72 on the bench now as a matter of fact. Im building it as a base model sans trim with white bumpers and grille. I bashed it with a revell 64 for a full detail chassis, engine, and interior. I also replaced the wheels with some steel rim/poverty caps from a 70's GM van. Once painted, Ill post a few pics...

Those are all some good looking Lowriders! Question tho, what kit had the supremes? I only have 2 laying around that I can find and I have no idea where they came from.

I think its been in every reissue since the Alternomad was released (I have two different re-releases of the 94 and the bumper is in both).

I swear I saw the first two trucks in an old SAE magazine or something....... Great job none-the-less.....
