I love the paint on the tuck, that sub box is also cool. Where did you get it because I would like to put it in my Chevy Custom instead of the back seats. The only thing I would do different is the rims. -
Its been a while since I have posted on this website, I'm trying to get back into the hobby again, since my son is now older and hopefully wont mess with them after I finish them lol. The body sitting in primer All the parts also in primer The bed sitting in primer as well. Comments are more than welcome, trying to make it a nice truck.

Well decided to do an update. I started to see some problems in the paint so now I'm in the process of stripping it. Going to do some body work to it and then put it through paint again. Well hopefully it will all work out.

Does the hood not open? -
I was wondering if it was going to be like the AMT Nova Prostreet because one spindle wouldn't fit in one of the backings to the fron tire than it broke.

Does the Chevy have spindles on it? The Pro Street one

Gen 1 Lightning

Beautiful lightning. This makes me want to buy one and build it. Just 2 questions, 1.) Where did you get the cowl hood? And 2.) How did you lower it? I love lowered trucks. -
If I need some help I will pm you, I have had this model for almost a month and I have still yet to finish it lol but I'm taking it slow to make it turn out right. I was wondering if anyone had some Testors ELO they can send me. I was spraying some parts in metallic aluminum and some over spray got onto the hood and body of the nova after I had sprayed a dull clear, which was on accident on my part I meant to pick up gloss clear, oh well lol

I love the car and I'm excited to see it as a model. Fast and Furious was a good movie and I love it coming to a model. Can't wait until I see it done
