Finished up the 41 Willy’s street rod today, color is Tamiya ts-92 orange metallic with ts-73 clear orange on top of that and 4 coats Testors wet look clear. Interior is a mixture of Tamiya buff and dark yellow with a satin clear which was a blend of Tamiya flat and semi gloss. Several parts were 3D printed, they include tires and wheels, brake rotors and calipers, side mirrors, steering wheel, shifter, interior door handles, distributor, MSD coil, master cylinder, and 90 degree plug boots all printed on my Mars 4 printer, floors were flocked also, steering column is a parts by Parks aluminum column. This was an enjoyable build I had no issues with this kit. All chrome was stripped and redone with alclad. Thanks for taking the time to look!

G'day folks, here I have my AMT 40 Willys coupe/gasser which I have converted to a street rod. She has independent front suspension and a triangulated four link rear end. Paint is Tamiya ts7 racing white with ts12 orange for the flames. The flames were done using a mask from www.lazymodeller.com, which I had some trouble with when I was removing it due to spraying the paint on too thick. Interior is semi gloss black with red piping and black flocking for the carpet. I also added a resin B&M auto shifter. Rear tyres and tail lights are from the parts box. All feedback is welcome and appreciated. Thanks for looking. Cheers, David. ??

To me the 1941 Willys is the best looking gasser. I have seen a ton of pics online and just love the way they look. I plan on getting one down the road to build and I'm looking at the Reveal Big John Mazmanian 1941 Willys. Show me what you have, what brand, and what year.

My first detailed build after a 25 plus year hiatus from the hobby. Learned a lot from Donn Yost's DVDs and Patreon Channel.

I'm cranking this unfinished project back up after a long absence from the bench. It is the Polar Lights Willys kit with various parts box pieces and such. I'm using several donor pieces from the AMT '33 Willys kit too. Surprisingly the donor '33 interior fits almost perfectly, but I'll have to modify it some. Comments welcome - thanks for looking and hope to post more soon.

Found an original Willys 1940 pickup truck, street rod version. Was seeing lots of remakes online, but the only one I saw with the original box was listed for $4000 on terapeak it looked like.. Looks to me like it's all original parts for the truck, did notice all of the wheel parts were not there. Was kind of just wondering what I had on my hands here. tried to include more pictures but it wasn't being kind to me. Parts in the bag, original manual and decals still there

This is another box stock build while I wait on the paint to cure on the Nova. It will be a pretty quick build, maybe even get the body in primer this weekend. The kit is nice with not much flash and its going together pretty smoothly. Thanks for looking and as always comments welcome. Some painted parts Engine just needs touch up and some wash Chassis together

This just showed up in the parking lot of the apartments down the road from me. Brian has owned it for eight years, has put on 100,000 of the 400,000 miles on the odometer, and is on it's third engine. The front clip came out of a Camaro which also donated the rear end. I have more detail photos if anyone is interested, and access to the vehicle to photograph specific details upon request; 'cause I just know someone is going to build this . Just shoot me a PM.
