It is finally finished. I took my diorama outside to take advantage of using sunlight for pics. I was very patient with assembly so it came out pretty well. This was my very first time I fabricated aluminum hoops for the rims. I would like to thank Bob Hall for some parts donations and Steve G. for his amazing examples of what is possible if you try. Below is the link to the WIP. Comments welcome. ? http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/156212-1969-boss-429/

Another addition to my Mustang/Shelby batch builds. This one is a 1969 Mach 1 to be converted to a Boss 429. Painted the chassis bits and interior last week. Painted the body today. The parts box Boss 429(s) are in the purple lake. I need to modify the hood for 2 4bbls.

finally finished this yesterday. Hope it is up to standards here. Paint is from the good guys at TCP. Name is Calypso Coral. It was one of the very few colors that was available on the 70' Boss 429. Any comments good or bad are always welcome.
