Going to start this die cast kit next . Testors Platinum Series Kit . Looks pretty detailed . No painting required but I will be painting some pieces . I will not touch the body except for a polish as the paint is better than I can do . Kit is 1/24 scale . Anybody built this kit ?

This is a Revell pro modeler with a lot of scratchbuilt stuff going into it. The cage is robbed from a Polar Lights Talledega. Fits 68-70 B body Mopars almost perfect. Nine inch housing from the spares box. Looks closer to a 83/4 Chrysler. NASCAR Mopars didn’t use Dana 60 tears.

Hey y’all here’s my first real attempt at a diorama using silly sludge barrels from the dollar store and random parts box stuff. Thanks for looking. Ryan

Thanks Carsntrucks4you for letting me host this weeks AutoQuiz. Rules are as usual: PM me with make, model and year(s) and be as specific as you can. Hope you like this one:

I picked this up from ebay, loosely screwed together. Thought I would begin clean up and body work while working on my Mercury. Should be a fun build, plans are Low, Smooth and Pegasus wheels. The tail lights are missing, but if I can't find any I'll make some.

Since everyone appears to want a small mint for the real model, I figured I would build a clone as best as my limited abilities would allow. Started with this kit molded in silver. Was unable to find spray Championship White paint reasonably priced, so I used Tamiya TS7, Racing White. Probably a little to creamy for the correct color, but It works for me.
