Back To Original Willys back fenders

This is a simple how to reverse the gasser mod on the back fenders .

My own opinion is that nose down Willys have stock wheel wells ,nose up gasser style have radius fenders. Just my opinion .

Start by cutting three strips of Evergreen .040 flat stock. Glue in place and I use tires to press in place and keep the filler strips square. Be generous with the size of the strips.

After some grinding and sanding you will have a more stock looking opening.

Nice technique. Quick too, if you use a Dremel for rough shaping after the glue sets hard.
