Thames Woody

Recommended Posts

I got it done in time for a local show this weekend.

I was in the only category it would fit...Trucks Vans Pick Ups and 4x4.

I thought about entering Factory Stock, since I spent a lot of time back dating the Revel Thames dragster van to the stock configuration - stock engine, interior and drive train.

But those entries must be "as it would be on the show room floor" with no modifications, and my car did not have the stock Ford wheels of that time,

Anyway, the category was competitive as expected.

No awards but I'm so glad I had the motivation of a contest to get this one completed.
