Monogam's Green Hornet has round tail lights. I sanded down the thickness and used dark red paint for the lenses (they are all chrome). You could use a small Lucas type lense painted red for the rounded lense.

The R/M Willys kit has some that look like that but they are not aluminum. I can't remember, the Henry J kit has smaller ones, I think. But once again, they are not aluminum.

I've had good luck making those from aluminum tubing. I work the end before I cut the length by chucking it into a drill, rounding the edges over with a sanding stick and then polishing. Now, cut about 1/16in and sand the cut to even things out and repeat for the other. My "junkyard" is huge and I've been able to find suitable lenses for mine, but you could also paintfill them using foil for the backs. Come on, try it!
