cruz Posted March 18, 2008 Author Posted March 18, 2008 Your 59 is looking CRISP! Lovely job on the BMF...the black wash really brings out the detail nicely. I have the stock and the lowrider versions waiting to be built. I also noticed how much work needs to be done on the trunk lid. There are loads of sink-marks. You've done a fine job smoothing it out. Nice colour combo as well looking forward to the finished pics! The biggest problems were the sink marks around the trunk area, they were pretty bad man.....
cruz Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Guys, sorry for posting pictures without explanations on the bottom, I am kind of in a hurry this morning and didn't have the time. If you have any comments or questions just post them and when I get a chance I will respond. Thank you for taking the time to check the photos out!!!!
dub Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Wow! You know, you're letting too many secrets out this way! Pretty soon we're all gonna be turning out these high quality builds and yours are just going to look mediocre! If you could answer one Q for me, where did you get the Rub-n-Buff tubes?

Peter Lombardo Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 All around, this is going together beautifully. Period perfect.....I would have never been able to fight the desire to two-tone the seats. Thanks for the tips along the way, the chassis weathering is a neat little trick.

Thanks for the tips along the way, the chassis weathering is a neat little trick.Believe me Peter, I also thought about the 2-toning of the seats but I really was looking for an accented color like the 50's aqua to go in combination w/ the Pearl White and I wanted the least color possible, hope it looks good at the end!!!!
cruz Posted March 23, 2008 Author Posted March 23, 2008 Finally completed this thing. Now to the Under Glass section!!!!!
