Where do you find t-bars?

I am planning to scratch built a stake body truck and am looking for 2mm T-bars for the railings. I have a piece left over from before which may be ABS (dark grey). I have looked at both Evergreen and Platruct's sites to no avail. Any suggestions?

If you mean styrene strip with a "T" cross-section, look for Raboesch brand. They all kinds of profiles that Evergreen and Plastruct do not have.

Looks like Plastruct has T-section styrene in 1.6mm, part #TFS-2, and 2.4mm , part #TFS-3.

Do you need 2mm exactly?

If it's T-section styrene, Raboesch does make 2mm x 2mm. It was sold in the US briefly. A hobby shop in Austin still has a display, but most of the stock is gone. I just stopped by there.  They do have a 2mm x 2mm I-section. Maybe you could slice off a bit for a T. Either way, 2x2 is made, it just might take some searching. Could be easy on eBay from Europe.

Do you mean for the vertical stakes?  All the ones I have ever seen were/are "Hat Section" rolled steel, rather than a simple T-bar.  I have made those by using two different widths of Evergreen styrene, laminated together, to make a scale hat-section.
