Bombers didn't have white walls last I checked

I can show you several pics of P-51s with whitewalls. I think I've seen one with redwalls, too--the world's first red-striped tires?

Well, two of those are movie airplanes from 1970. B)

Still, "car-izing" airplanes seems to work out slightly better than "airplane-izing" cars. :lol:

I remember seeing a B-17 with whitewalls somewhere, but I cant find it.

This one is.... well, it's not hideous. Not by much, though, it's pretty ugly.

 

I think the Roush P-51 (Ford) Mustang is the only one to get it right, because the airplane cues are very subtle.
