Arctic_Frost Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Hello, I have been lurking around here for a few week looking at all the fantastic modeling talent. I hope to share my builds with you and also learn along the way.I am 44 years old and have a physical disability called Arthrogryposis. It really limits the use of my hands and keeps me in a wheelchair for mobility. I do models by holding the brush & hobby knife in my teeth. I do have "some" use of my hands and have figured ways to sand and glue. Even with these obstacles in front of me I still find model building extremely relaxing.
Foxer Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 ... not to mention those loooong winters! Welcome to the forum, Ty!

wayne swayze Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Welcome Ty. What type of model subject matter interests you? Trucks, hot rods, stock?
Arctic_Frost Posted August 16, 2015 Author Posted August 16, 2015 Welcome Ty. What type of model subject matter interests you? Trucks, hot rods, stock?Pretty much everything except military. I guess I do favor to the Truck & Street Rod, Hot Rod, Rat Rod side of the subject matter . Every once in a while I will do a classic car. (50's-70's).
