Platerpants Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 Ive been relatively quiet recently in terms of topics i am still building i just havent posted any recently, i know most my builds are nothing to get excited about but just know i will be returning to the forums with some posts. I just finished a snap 2014 corvette that i gotta post, been working on the moebius ford pickups they are going to be done very shortly, i have a tv show correct general lee in the works and hoping to do a gulf oil themed 56 ford victoria, also have a galaxy 5th wheel trailer in the works.
Platerpants Posted August 22, 2015 Author Posted August 22, 2015 Thanks guys im also hoping to get the revell of germany bmw i8 i saw one in the town i work outside of taco bell and i was like dang thats a good looking car, so when i found that RoG makes it i added it to my list of wanted kits, i still would love to find a decent priced IH scout kit too
Platerpants Posted August 22, 2015 Author Posted August 22, 2015 Thanks ray, heres a little more on the pickups and a look at where the trailer currently stands. the igniton coil wire is actually connected to a coil now instead of just hanging out in the engine bay of the 69 its an older picture because the bumper door handles and mirrors were not on it either.
slusher Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 Jake some really sharp and cool Fords you have going. I like the Corvette also. Glad your building...
Harry P. Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 i know most my builds are nothing to get excited about... Jake... don't think that way. All of us have different skill levels. Some of the guys who post here are extremely talented modelers, some a bit less. But don't ever think that your work isn't "good enough" to post. Two important things to remember: First, the more you build, the better you get. Doesn't matter where you are at, skill-wise, the more you build the better you'll get. And second (and more important)... we are all members of the brotherhood. Every single one of us, from raw beginner to contest-quality builder.
