Looking for wheel tutorial

Was looking in tips section, I believe it was there, and came across a tutorial on wheels.  Author removed molded lugs, drilled and inserted rod? Been through every post since and can't find it again.  Could anyone help with this?

There was one using soda can aluminum as well, but darned if I can find it again

This one's not it I see but shows added nuts from rod.

simulating lug nuts on wheels ..

didn't come up with one that's what you mentioned, but those seem a good start.
