Tom Geiger Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Wicked parts breakdown. Do you label your parts kits so you know which boxes are missing which parts? You must have a lot of kits missing 2 or 3 pieces each!Think about that the next time you buy old kits on eBay or at a swap meet! We all do it, take a part for a project and think we'll remember... or some guy dies and the dealer who bought the collection has no idea. I probably have kits I bought and didn't go over too well, and will pass them on that way too!
Kustom Steve Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 (edited) I really like the selection of parts used for this build. It has given me ideas for some of my model T kits in my stash! Edited October 7, 2015 by Kustom Steve corrected the justification
Roadrunner Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Pearl white and lavender sounds like a great combination. I'll be looking forward to more.
Kustom Steve Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Any progress on this build? love to see her done!
Dennis Lacy Posted September 9, 2016 Author Posted September 9, 2016 Any progress on this build? love to see her done! Any updates any at all? I ended up ditching the Tall T body and Chevy engine for a T Roadster body and Hemi. The model is now finished (as of a couple of days ago) and can be seen here: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/116627-27-t-retro-dragstrip-roadster/
Greg Myers Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 (edited) Aw man, that was coming along so nice. You gotta do another, if it turns anywhere near as nice as the roadster. Edited September 9, 2016 by Greg Myers
