Len Woodruff Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 I just tried to order some Gravity Colors Paint. The paint was about $7.50 for the 2oz bottle, but the shipping was more than $70.00?Am I doing something wrong?
Exotics_Builder Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Did you use the web site with a US distributor in Floridahttp://gravitycolors.com/us/I have yet to order from them as I using up existing paint before moving. Marcos Cruz from MAMA has used them. If needed, perhaps ping him on FB.
Len Woodruff Posted September 23, 2015 Author Posted September 23, 2015 Thanks Gerry. I didn't know about the US distributor. I am sure that will make a difference on the pricing. I just e-mailed about the color I need for the AC Cobra Coupe A98.

I just e-mailed about the color I need for the AC Cobra Coupe A98.The problem in getting this stuff from Europe is the same as ordering Zero paints from Steve Hemming. The Hazmat shipping cost has a floor that encourages bulk ordering or not getting at all. As I said, I have yet to order Gravity paints as we are getting the house prepped to sell in the spring and I am trying to use up paint in the stash, including some remaining Cobra Colors. Thanks,
Mike Chernecki Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 I just received an order from them a few weeks ago. I think total shipping to Canada was around $15.

Len Woodruff Posted September 23, 2015 Author Posted September 23, 2015 Thanks guys. I just e-mail the US distributor on when they will have the color in stock. I have gone brain dead since I retired. LOL!
cruz Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Yes, he is in Florida, his name is Mate Mayer and his paints are phenomenal. There is already an ad on the magazine. Take time and like him in Facebook, he constantly updates the page. (Gravitycolors.com)
Len Woodruff Posted September 23, 2015 Author Posted September 23, 2015 Thanks for the info Marcus. I will definitely watch his website.
