Tom Sargent Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 (edited) This is what I am currently working on, Dale Jr's ride from last falls Richmond race. I am using a resin body from Mike's Scale Speed Shop, decals from Powerslide, and a modified chassis from a regular glue kit. Here is what I have so far, thanks for looking. What I started with: and where I am now. I did a little experiment with modeling the impaxx system that the COT runs, it turned out kinda toyish looking. Edited March 13, 2008 by Tom Sargent
jamie Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Tom, that looks FANTASTIC!!!!! I saw this in the other place, and I am still amazed when I look at it! Keep it going! Jamie
MR BIGGS Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 That impala is looking good Tom. Keep up the nice work. I will have to try my hand at one of the COT soon. One of my buddie's work where they do alot of prototyping part's for NASCAR and i get to see part's a few year's in advance before they come out. He just showed me the new ford intake and front clip they are trying for 2010. The only thing he asked of me was not to bring a camera so i will have to build it from memory. ANTHONY R.
