JollySipper Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Is there a way of finding forums that have the same layout as this one? I know Paint.net's forum has this same theme, I would just like to find a forum where some of my other interests are expressed. This is THE model car forum, but I have other interests not covered here.............Thanks for any helpful replies............!!
russosborne Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 It might help if you list some of the other things you are interested in.Russ
Ace-Garageguy Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 (edited) Google is your friend. I found this board using it. Here's a strategy. If you're into basket weaving, for example, try googling "basket weaving forums". Then click on what comes up and see what it looks like. Edited October 18, 2015 by Ace-Garageguy
Tom Geiger Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 I found a Worlds Fair Forum that used this same software, so it looked like an extension of this board!I belong to a stamp collecting forum that uses something completely different!
JollySipper Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 Thanks for the replies, guys..... I would love to find a counter-culture "hippie" type forum. All the ones I have visited have weird colored pages and fonts, hard to read! What drew me to this forum was it was easy to read, navigate, and post on. And the builders, of course!
Harry P. Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 You're going to have a hard time finding a "hippie" forum that looks like this one does. It's kind of the antithesis of the "flower power" "psychedelic" thing... But keep on truckin', dude...
Roadrunner Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Largescaleplanes uses an older version of this same software, but of course it's about aircraft modeling, not hippie culture, though many members there used to be hippie types.
