slusher Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 A big surprises for me this year is not the undefeated teams but the ones that have lost so much. I expected the Lions and Chiefs to be good this year and the Colts.
Monty Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 My Raiders may finally be back on the road to respectability! The O-line has gelled into a much more cohesive unit, providing much better run-blocking than last year as well as allowing far fewer sacks. With the addition of Amari Cooper, Derek Carr now has a big-time WR to throw to (AC/DC!), and, as last week's game against a very good Jets secondary showed, there are several other good receivers who can contribute. The defense is still a bit of a WIP (we could really use a shut-down CB) but after some shuffling and juggling of players, it has shown that it can exert a lot of pressure (it kept Manning and the Broncos from scoring an offensive touchdown). In addition, now that the new coaching staff is more familiar with what they have to work with, the play calling has gotten much better. I'm not saying we're going to the playoffs, but I truly believe the days of us being an automatic win for everyone else are over.
Quick GMC Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 I am a Lions fan. I am not surprised at what happened. I am surprised they actually fired someone in the middle of the season. Nothing out of the ordinary for us.
Rob Hall Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 I'm happy my Broncos are doing well... surprising to see so many undefeated teams at mid-season.

Raiders have some really good young players..I'm happy my Broncos are doing well... surprising to see so many undefeated teams at mid-season. Rob with the Broncos trading for Vernon Davis from the 49ers i see them being hard to deal with if Payton stays healthy. Monday night they said they wanted to run 3 tight end sets...
Pim Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 i dont follow the nfl but what do you think about Jarrod Hayne and the 49'ers
