GearUpJammer Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Wow Charles, what else can I say that hasn't been said already?Nice build!
tiking Posted January 22, 2016 Author Posted January 22, 2016 Thank you for your comment. I am amazed at this thread and all the positive comments it has received. It goes to show that my so called hard work paid off. ☺ Hoping to be wrapping this build up quickly so I can get on with another project that I am planning. I also see that Italeri is finally releasing a 6x4 R-series Scania truck. I can't understand why it took so long. Then a transit ford van, as well as some other goodies. I am gonna be broke by the end of this year.
tiking Posted February 12, 2016 Author Posted February 12, 2016 Ok fellows. Here is the tractor I built just for this trailer unit. The blue Scania 142H tractor unit has now been replaced with this Scania 144L 530 unit. I think it suits the trailer better, especially with the similarities of the color schemes. Hope you guys liked this better.
kilrathy10 Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 The work you do on these things is spectacular.....Too awesome for words.....I think it looks great in front of that already superbly built trailer....Great job.....Your weathering techniques are second to none.....Always a pleasure to view your work.....

Appreciate the love. I think it does suit the trailer better. Now I have to build the trailer for the 142H tractor unit.
tiking Posted February 19, 2016 Author Posted February 19, 2016 More pics of the complete model. I think I can call it, done - I think so. But you know me, I am always coming up with something else to add or remove.
Ken Gilkeson Posted February 20, 2016 Posted February 20, 2016 excellent building and weathering. ;-))
