HELP, Trying to indentify some old hubcaps

I had some of these and recently bought some more in hopes to complete some old annuals I have

A: '55 Chevy

B: '59 Ford (including T-Bird)

C: '53-'55 Corvette

D: '65 Chevelle wagon or El Camino (hardtop kit was an SS, centers differ slightly)

E:  '61 Ford

F: '61 T-Bird

G: '61 Falcon/Ranchero

H: '66 Imperial (not 100% sure on this one)

Right on all; just to add:

A: From the old Revell kit.

B: Also '60 T-bird.

C: From the AMT kit - Monogram is 1/24 but more accurately shaped (AMT's are too flat).

H: Correct - but the ones on the Jo-Han '67 and '68 promo are more accurate (Imperial used it all three years, '66-'68).

Now to find a few more . I Need another set for the 59 Ford  Thunderbird builtup I have

 

plus several more builtups I want to build stock
