Beautiful build!  Your paint and detailing work looks excellent!  I really like the windshield washer fluid in the clear tank; how'd you get that to look so realistic?

Thanks for kind words!

Washer fluid reservoir was achieved with a Blue Sharpie, in this case a Bic Mark-it permanent marker, applied to the inside and outside of the reservoir. I could have used flat white and a tint to make it look more like the original, but I like how this one turned out. The permanent markers are fairly translucent, so they are useful in creating some nice effects. I've used a red on chrome parts with Elmer's Clear Glue over it to create tail light lenses when I don't like the ones that come with a kit.

I'm kind of a scrounge builder, re-purposing odd bits of stuff to fashion parts I need. Like the white plastic pull tabs from milk and juice cartons, they can be turned into air cleaner covers or interesting hubcaps with very little effort.

Overall a good look, I like that color. Is a color changer deal?  Not sure if you used a clear coat. From the pics it looks as if you didn't, unless you were going for a semi gloss look.  The metallic paints I've used all need a clear top coat to reallyake them pop.

Like I said everything looks really clean and done well. Oh the chrome trim on the hood goes under not on top.

Turned out very well man, NIICE job! (I have this same kit), and mine well its getting a Hemi, BUT not the one in the kit! I've custom made a Mopar "Ball-Stud" Hemi for mine.. Just to be different! PM me if interested on it..... Theres a whole story behind it! -I don't want to rob your thread here as I can get carried away!
