David Thibodeau Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Built stock for a client in Virginia and a tribute to BP. May he RIP..... Ride height adjusted for a good lowering. PPG white and Dupont clear. Decals are alps made from DSAO.... Thanks for looking, Dave T
Brent Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Very cool. The car looks awesome but the lowering really does it for me.
Raul_Perez Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Very nice build, David!! BP was a great driver and one of my favorite commentators.
lizardlust Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Impeccable build quality and a fitting tribute!! Benny could speak eloquently with simple directness - a quality sorely missing from his successors.
Dave Van Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Nice work!! I really liked BP and I too build cars to remember my favorite drivers.
David Thibodeau Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Thanks guys, I am glad you all like it!!!! DaveT
outsider Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 ol Benny was one of those people you loved to hear tell a story or simply talk! even if you didn't like nascar it was hard not to like Benny......he'll be sorely missed.
Guest Davkin Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Hey David, the former "DSAO" here. I always enjoy seeing my decals used on such fine, well built models and yours is definately one of them! I agree, Benny was great, my favorite race announcer, he is sorely missed. David

David Dave, The decals were phenominal for alps... sharply printed and really fit the car perfectly..... sad you closed shop but understandable at the same time.... .I am glad I got a sheet before they were unavailable! Thanks all...... more to come... DaveT
