afx Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 This topic filter hasn't worked for me since the forum update. Anyone having issues with it?
426-Hemi Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 -I didn't even know it existed till I read your message here!!!!!!
afx Posted April 12, 2016 Author Posted April 12, 2016 (edited) Any plans to every fix this filter? Its kinda pointless to follow a thread if the filter doesn't work. Edited April 12, 2016 by afx
Harry P. Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 This forum software is "leased" by us. This same software is used by many other online forums. It's owned by Invision Power Services, Inc.We didn't write the code or create the software, so we can't "fix" any glitches in the software. We didn't create it, don't own it, and can't change it.
russosborne Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Well, if you guys lease it, you could ask the owner to fix it.Just saying. I wouldn't use that anyway, but it seems to matter to some.Russ
MrBuick Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 It works fine for me. Software issues like this are hard/impossible to troubleshoot when they don't affect everyone.
Harry P. Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 When a site works fine for some but not for others, it's not the site that's the problem... it's the user. Old, outdated web browsers are problem #1.

MrBuick Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 If you have any 3rd party plug-ins enabled, try disabling them for the site and see if it changes anything, especially if you use adblock plug-ins. Adblock plugins can be fantastic, but sometimes they inadvertently can cause features not to function because they incorrectly determine something to be an ad.
afx Posted April 18, 2016 Author Posted April 18, 2016 Doesn't work with the brand new Microsoft Edge running on a completely different PC.
MrBuick Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 Hmm, my only other suggestion would be to double-check your notification settings on the forum and make sure the necessary check boxes are selected.

Overall it seems to work fine but I don't want to use Edge or any of their programs as defaults. When I went and tried to change my default browser back to Chrome, it wouldn't let me!
