Nice looking truck!  The paint work and colors are really nice.  This AMT kit as well as the Autocar kits are the only ones I have never built.  I am keeping my eyes/ears open for the build tips this board is sharing on these kits.  Your's looks amazing!

Good job on a difficult kit.

I wouldn't sweat it too much if the hood doesn't fit perfect. Look in the real world and you will find that most truck hoods don't fit exact. My son just got a brand new Kenworth T680 and hood is a little high and gap a little wider at the cowl on the left side.

Thanks guys,maybe I'll get a chance to finish it up this week.I want to try my hand with metal foil and I was thinking of covering the air cleaner grill with it.I also saw that the hobby shop has a Round 2 K123 on the shelf,maybe I should pick it up?

You should pick it up. It's out of production right now. This is lookin great. My advice to BMF, take your time. Make sure your nice and calm, relaxed. It is one of things if you not in the right mind set, it won't go right. For me, I usually do my BMF first thing in the morning, after a shower and breakfast. My mind is clear, I'm in a good mood, and the BMF comes out really nice.
