freakshow12 Posted December 28, 2015 Author Posted December 28, 2015 How do u apply ur flocking?I just paint the floor the closest colour to the flocking and while its wet I apply a ton of it. I then dab it down with my finger. I wait 10-15 mins and dump the extra off into a box and put it back in the container.
drodg Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Great paint. What color is the exterior? The car looks fantastic.
6bblbird Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 I'm digging the Keystones. But to use them properly, it'll need a set of yellow Lakewood slapper bars. Great looking 'cuda! The paint is super deep and shiny and the interior is top notch! I gotta say a 1000 x NO! for slapper bars on a Mopar! It ain't right. It ain't kosher. It goes against the laws of nature!! The people that put slappers on a Chrysler product were considered "strokes" by the knowledgeable. The only traction device that a Mopar might ever need would be a pinion snubber!
tyrone Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 your wok is always clean, neat and well executed... love the color on this one too... I like the odd ball.. or not the norm colors... keep it coming...
freakshow12 Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 Thanks guys. Should get the interior wrapped up tonight and begin chassis work tmo. Guess I should whip up a hemi too lol

Ok then, ladder bars.

The only traction device that a Mopar might ever need would be a pinion snubber! hehe... he said "strokes"!! I agree 100% bought a 69 runner way back. had slapper bars on it. the only condition was that he took those silly things off before I came to pick it up. great looking build Fred as always.
freakshow12 Posted January 11, 2016 Author Posted January 11, 2016 Got a bit more done. Tackled a couple of the more difficult parts yesterday. The grille and tail lights. Both can be tricky to get right. I think I did ok. Lol.
6bblbird Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 You get an A+ on both the grille and tail lights!
lghtngyello03 Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Man, you nailed it on the tail panel and grille! Looks Awesome! The lines look very crisp. What did you use to get the look?
FoxRob Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 The Keystones look great on it, but I've always liked the Keystones on a E body.
freakshow12 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 Got a few things done. Keystones detailed and it's mocked up on all 4s. Chassis is really coming along now. Pics of that soon. Hemi coming together. Spent some time detailing all the small parts so they are ready. Thanks for looking
wayne swayze Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Great looking car !! What's not to like ?
drodg Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Grill looks good and the taillight area looks good. Those are difficult to get right.
freakshow12 Posted February 5, 2016 Author Posted February 5, 2016 Got some more done last night. Chassis is coming along. I think it looks pretty good even if it is just the bottom.
Roadrunner Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 I really like that color. I'll have to figure out what car to use some of it on.
