1972coronet Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 (edited) I've been looking for either a Stinger or L-88 hood for the Revell '69 Nova , and I found this : http://stores.smhracing.com/1970-nova-l88-hood/ . Any-one familiar with this organisation's service and products ? Will this piece fit the Revell kit , or is it made for the AMT '72 Nova ? Edited December 26, 2015 by 1972coronet
Mike Chernecki Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 (edited) I have one of their resin kits, nice quality. My bet the hood is for the amt kit since they are calling it a 1970 vs 1969. That L88 scoop looks huge, a 1973 Nova I sold a few years ago had an L88 scoop and it was nowhere near the size of this. Edited December 26, 2015 by Mike Chernecki
1972coronet Posted December 27, 2015 Author Posted December 27, 2015 You're right , Mike ! That L-88 bulge does look huge ! Almost like an Ed Roth cartoon ! Thanks for your opinion
gtx6970 Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 I'm not 100% sure But I think SMH is a dealer for others peoples products. My gut tells me this is no differentI've bought Competition resins pieces from them as well as dozens of decals ,,never one problem
