cowboy rich Posted May 20, 2016 Author Posted May 20, 2016 Ok I know the colors may look goofy but when it's done I think it will look good. I know that one air tank is not placed "kit proper" but I'm trying to build what I would order...long, naked frame rails
10thumbs Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Oh yeah! Rich, next to another thing, nothing better than naked rails. A real cool and clean, smooth look. I like!

cowboy rich Posted May 30, 2016 Author Posted May 30, 2016 Well came up with a new issue, don't know why but when I was trying to clean up the flash on the tanks a big chunk off. I'm now trying to decide what to do, body color, bmf or Alclad.?
cowboy rich Posted May 30, 2016 Author Posted May 30, 2016 I'm trying to figure out what I want to do here, kinda thinking....maybe red on each end, bmf in the middle and white straps? Any thoughts? Red where the screwdriver is maybe?
gatorincebu Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 I like the idea of red tanks with chrome straps ! I really like that blue !! Be Well Gator

I was hoping to have this much more wrapped up by now but life keeps getting in the way
cowboy rich Posted May 31, 2016 Author Posted May 31, 2016 (edited) Gator I've thought about that but don't know if the amount of red might be to "heavy" so to speak. Edited May 31, 2016 by cowboy rich

10thumbs Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Hi Rich, be happy your work keeps you from playing around. You'll get to the hobby when you have the time, we'll be looking out.
cowboy rich Posted June 5, 2016 Author Posted June 5, 2016 Anybody got any idea what the heck happened here? I didn't bother to decant the paint this time so everything was sprayed from the same can at the same time. The parts one the tree are nice and smooth the tanks are all orange peel everything preped the same. Only difference is the tanks got a green bath to remove the chrome then all was washed and rinsed.
cowboy rich Posted June 5, 2016 Author Posted June 5, 2016 I guess a picture would you see what I'm talking about....I gotta start getting some decent sleep
