This is a 1/72 kit by the company Ace. This thing is tiny. Hard to believe but the bunker is made up of about a total of 50 pieces. Now finished you can not see any of the interior detail. These were used by Germany in early 1940 mainly in Italy. These were transported upside down and ground set or usually installed in a hole. The base here is from Hobby Lobby and it was stained and cleared. It was covered with Celuclay and then painted and dry brushed. Then decorated with stuff to add interest in the diorama. I highly doubt that there would have been a placement that would resemble what I created here but I thought it would look good.

Ray, That Diorama gives an interesting setting for your Panzernest. In "the field" I would imagine one of the wagon wheels might have been laid ontop of it while the other would have been leaning against it to make it appear more a part of the area. A well built Kit and Dio to be sure.

If you ever need any help with WWII German stuff,  feel free to hit me up for info or advice. I've won a few contests and have had my work featured in a few Euro magazines.  Regardless, great start, just watch that flora and vegetation, it's really easy to get wrong. Try using some dried tea leaves and some gauze soaked in a 50/50 solution of white glue/water. Those nests tended to have some form of netting on all the time. Oh and I have a few 'Soldaten' that would be perfect for your dio.they are free to you,  just PM? me. Great work so far.
