I built 2 of these last year but got the bug to build another when I saw one being built here.   Will make a few minor changes. Not sure of color yet. Also have included a couple pics of my previous builds.

Yes , Yes, Yes, Love it, Love it, Love it. I'm sorry I got carried away when I saw this. Cobraman, right up my alley with these. I've heard some people pick these AWB kits apart, but with a little bit of work they can come out like gold as you have proven with the 2 that you have built. Nice, Nice, Nice stuff Cobraman and I definitely will be following this one.     Thank you.       Jeff

Certainly agree that these are decent kits that with a bit of work and ingenuity can be built up into very presentable as shown by Ray's work above, bravo! Have the Falcon as a long term WIP, would be great to see the AWB Olds reappear (if possible?)

Looking forward to following your build.

Cheers Misha

All right Ray! I'm in for this one! Right off the bat I have questions: Are those the kit 'tires? Because I like the finish on them. Also those seats are superb, they look much better than the kit seats. Are those after market?  Looking good Ray! I know your're either working on the tub, or , the frame so carry on man! B)

Great start Ray and two sharp builds under your belt already. You and Gene are giving me the itch to build mine or build a Mustang at least....:D

Thank you very much to all you fellows. I am thinking i want this one yellow. The tires on the rear are from the kit but I replaced the plastic front ones with some vinyl ones from the parts box. The seats are from a Cobra kit. The seats in these AWB kits are way too small IMO.

Good tip. I intend to get back to mine this summer, so I've bookmarked this for reference.

Here is another little update. Adding a rear spoiler to the car. Here you can see the unpainted seat that comes with these cars. Way under size IMO. Look more like a 1/32 scale seat to me. Ordered a aluminum pre wired distributor and have to wait to get that to finish the engine.

Looking good Ray, this thing will 'really' pop in yellow with all the black accents. Ray, I just noticed, looks like you painted the rear wheel spokes? Looks very cool if that's the case.

Bring on the yellow! Are you gonna use clear, or , blue glass?

Thanks Gene. If you see me use the blue glass you will know I screwed up the clear. Actually the blue might look good with the yellow paint. Hmmmm
