Hatchback Foxbodied Mustang kit?

Bought my wife an 89 LX 2.3L A4LD hatchback. Thought I would see if there was a kit of this or anything close ever released.Not looking for perfect, just one that resembles the real car for a non car person. So it could be a GT or whatever. However the hatch part is important.

There is a 1:25 scale version of the car you're after by MPC/AMT, however it hasn't been reissued in a bit so you won't find it on your average hobby shop shelves. I believe the '89 style was only kitted as a GT, so some creative bashing would be required to make an LX. I don't know that there has been an EFI 2.3L kitted, but the earlier MPC versions of that kit tool have a carb 2.3L in them.

There is a resin cast mustang from the new Revell LX based mustang from Greg Wann he post here, you can get info direct from him. Revell also kitted a mustang previously that has a hatch you might search for one of those.
