Every so-often I get a message or an e-mail asking for Moebius kit parts.

If I have parts, I try to be helpful, HOWEVER, I do not keep a stock of kit parts here. I am the product development guy, I work from home in Indiana, not at the company headquarters in Florida.

If you have a defective kit, if parts are missing, the best way to get help is to contact our customer service department at customerservice@moebiusmodels.com

That puts you in touch with the guys in Florida who do have a warehouse full of kits and plenty of replacement parts.

Thanks for your support.

Same here. I botched up the body on my Hornet kit. I sent an email, sent the funds for the replacement body, and had it in a week. My own fault, but they couldn't have been nicer finding me a new body. Thanks Dave.B)

I can vouch for that. After mucking up the windshield for my '61 Ventura had a new one in hand within a week. :D

Same here. The bumper from my 53' Great Dane trailer was......ummmmmmm........missing something.

I emailed the customer service, with the pic above of the original release of the Great Dane's bumper on the left and the reissued smoothside on the right for comparison and to show what was not there, and got a new bumper in about a week.

Dave, I am not sure how this came about, but I purchased a lot of nice 4 tire sets off ebay. They were the thin whitewalls from the 65 Plymouth. Absolutely beautiful and work with my other projects. Is this ever going to happen again?

Hi Bob, I don't know much about the tires... I just do product development here, I don't see anything that's going on in Florida at our warehouse..

I suspect that those tires were extra sets that were packed with a shipment of kits and subsequently sold to one or another of our distributors..

I have no way to know if they'll be available again.. HOWEVER I will pass on the fact that we might be able to seell more of them if we can get them..

They have a lot of parts except the 56 Chrysler 300 red tail light lense the I need

Or the decal sheet from the 65 Satellite.  I tried for several months to order a replacement.  Then Dave tried to help, but the decal sheet he sent must have been a test shot as the rear script was way too narrow.  I would up having to buy a damaged kit from them to get the decals I needed to finish up the model.
