Turns out, the guy was a member of our club about 40 years ago and raced with us for a few years. There are 8 cars plus several chassis including 4 Cox chassis in boxes, not all complete but there are enough spare parts to fill them. Now, what to do with them all...I know, clean them and run them on my friend's track :)

Hey Greg, don't know if you still have the body for the King Cobra, but you may be able to find a shiny new replacement via Tamiya USA's website. They repopped this along with some other neat bodies a couple years ago. Was checking out the site a couple months ago and the Cobra plus quite a few others were still shown as available. Around $20 I believe, not too bad to restore something as cool as that.

Wow, some really nice cars posted here, as I haven't been into slot-car racing for many years. Maybe I'll get back into it in the future as I have a young grandson who likes cars??? A few members of a model car club I belong to are into slot-cars also.
