Thanks for posting this. Curious that the tires are the same for steer and drive. I wonder if that was common back then or maybe just for the sample truck in the brochure?

Not unusual then. Happens some now all position tires wear better than drive tires and have less rolling resistance. Tends to be common on trucks that stay in warmer regions.
