I was sitting in traffic, when I got this idea. So I went home, cut the back half off of the front crossmember, and glue in a piece of styrene to lower the front suspension.  Then I Z'd the rear suspension and modified the floor pan.  I'm going to have to modify the radiator to get it to fit, and notch the underside of the frame rail to get the spring to clear.

NIce. I hope you are not going to "rat" this one out. It looks like a very good foundation for a nice, clean, modern rod.

To me rat rodding is more than a faded paint job, and being slammed to the ground.  It's a mix of unlike materials combined together w/ "flow", and it all works out together.  This project is just going to be lowered hot rod someone built.

If if I was going to rat rod it, I would have used screening for the floor board, sheets styrene for the side panels, and well worn bucket seats.
