Older parts identification help

I have an old AMT 1964 Corvette model that my friends dad started to customize in the 60's.

It is quite a mess and I was wondering about a few parts he used.

1.Any idea what the dash is from?

2. What might the piece be that he used for the interiors back wall ?

3. What kit are the seats,steering wheel,console,floor from?

4. Chrome engine is from?

Chrome engine is the 50+ year-old Revell parts-pack Buick nailhead.

Seats, back wall of the interior and the dash are from this equally ancient Revell parts pack.

The seats and maybe the dash look like parts from the Revell Custom interior parts pack.

Outside of a couple of magazine articles back in the day, this might be the first time I've seen that interior parts pack actually used.
