pharoah Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 I'm glad I bought the last reissue Big Deuce when I did. Prices on it are still crazy.I,for one. never really cared for the Lindberg kits. The Extreminator was kind of interesting, but I never bought one. The others looked too 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for me. I remember watching an old Gumby cartoon tears ago ,and he was driving a Lindberg T bucket. I guess he was too big to fit in a 'Big T'. 1
deuces wild Posted July 11, 2021 Posted July 11, 2021 I have 2 of the BiG Drag kits.... Plus a few of parts packs....
vtecfour Posted Thursday at 06:14 PM Posted Thursday at 06:14 PM Got a great parts stash of Big T parts from an estate sale. To my surprise, it included most of the Drag Race accessory set and the bonus, a Competition engine from the Chevrolet V8 Engine kit. Looks like there's enough to do a variation of the Big Drag. Shows that the stuff's out there. Dan 1
Carmak Posted Friday at 12:51 PM Posted Friday at 12:51 PM Space was an issue with me. In the early 90's I got a 70's? issue Big T that was on display at my local hobby when I was a kid. I stored it for years. About 3 years ago I found the perfect 1/8 scale display case and put the Big T in it. A month later I locally stumbled onto nice survivor Big Rod, Big Tub, Big Drag and a 65 Vette. All I need now is the pedestal for the display engine. 2
vtecfour Posted Friday at 09:43 PM Posted Friday at 09:43 PM (edited) Wow, that display case fits the bill nicely. Does the front glass swing open for access? Great built finds too. Dan Edited Friday at 09:46 PM by vtecfour

bill-e-boy Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago With resin 3d printing with us these days it is a wonder a subject such as this has not popped up. I have friend who is into large scale models and he has printed all sorts of 1/8 scale stuff - mostly early drag stuff.
