This one is coming along much faster than the usual for me. I think it may be ready for next weekends INDY show. Its lowered and has Magnum 500 rims. I dont think I have ever seen a car that doesnt look good with Magnums! Spent about 2 hours opening up the grill and being a black car you can hardly even tell. I think I am going to redo the heater hoses, i've decided they would look better with braided hose to match the ones on the radiator.

Looking good, Michael! The work on the grille looks as good as the PE part that I used on my '56 DelRay!!

Are you planning on using BMF on the side trim or are you going to leave it chrome?

i know a guy in my area who has a 55 bel air hardtop in silver/black just like this model but he has different wheels and the silver is more lighter but i wanna do MY 55 in that color scheme.

great job! I'm also building the 55, into a mild 210 custom. I plan to grind out the grill, have had some success with it before. Except for the time it took , any surprises? Which kit is yours?
