Jhedir6 Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 I've been wanting to build a custom H1 Hummer for a long time but could never find photos of any I really liked. Recently while searching again I came across this and decided I had to try and recreate it. Hosted on Fotki So for a base I'm using a kit I picked up years and years ago at Walmart, back when they sold model kits, here in Canada for cheap. Truth be told I bought a BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH load of kits at the prices they were clearing them out for. Starting with Revell's Snap kit of the Desert Storm Humvee Hosted on Fotki Step1, remove the roof and doors. Hosted on Fotki Step2, remove the interior door panels. Hosted on Fotki That's it for now. Hopefully will have some time later today to get a bit more progress done. Seats will be from a couple old rally cars I got in a garage sale lot. Chassis will likely just be box stock as I dont feel like cutting up the underside. Wheels and tires are yet to be determined but they definitely wont be stock. David
