My URL Images won't load here!

The first time I tried it (from Fotki), it was fine.  No go since then.  Any advice is welcome, and thanks!

I noticed that too.  Just copying the link in the message doesn't work anymore.  I have to use the Image button and paste it in there.

Ok, I found out the img tag works.  I don't use Fotki anymore. I don't think they have a BBCode link you can copy.  It needs to have the img and /img tags in brackets, like this: 

[img]http://i.imgur.com/9Mf4Wfrh.jpg[/img]

Gets you this:

I use a simple method...

In Fotki right click on the photo.  On the menu that appears click  "Copy Image".

Now come to the board. Right click in the white space here. On the menu that appears click "Paste". Your image should appear.

There is one glitch that occurs. Sometimes if there is no text yet in the message area, the right click won't bring up the "Paste" option.  If that happens just type in any text, highlight it and right click. The "Paste" should come up then.

Make sure it's  "Copy Image" and not "Copy Image Address".  And make sure the mouse is over the image when you right-click

This is the way I've been doing it ever since the "image function" went south on the forum.

Works every time for me.
