ranma Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 Anyone have a copy of MCW's '68 or 69 Impala's, are they still around? how good are the castings? What is one cost with shipping and all included?

What is one cost with shipping and all included?Go to their website and you'll get all the info you need. I have a few of the MCW resin kits and I do have one started. the castings seem pretty good to me, definitely not junk.
br67 Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 I recently ordered a 68 Impala hood, rear bumper valance from them so I think the answer is yes. In terms of quality not as good as missing link or modelhaus but not bad.
Bob Ellis Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 I bought the 1968 Biscayne and the castings are good. About $40 plus ship. Uses decals for emblems

Snake45 Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Any plan to make that rascal into a Street Racer's Special ? I looked at the pics of it (and the '67) on their website, and didn't think they got the roof right. A real shame, as I'd like to do a '67 or '68 Biscayne street fighter. I'm thinking of making my own, using a Camaro roof. I saw a '67 4-door someone did that way once, and it looked pretty good to me.
