Why are there 2 sets of steel wheels?

In the 57?  One set is from the original, the other set is deeper with better lugnut & center detail, probably from the 70's re-issues.

Yeah that's what I was wondering about. I can always use another set.

I picked up both of these yesterday, and was a little disappointed that there are no stock VW headlights in the Bug Gasser kit, the instructions say to use the '40 Ford style headlights! Did the original kit have the correct headlights?

Yes, that being said I think a well stocked parts bin might yield something useful. I picked one up but haven't opened it yet. I'll check my parts bins and see if there is an acceptable replacement.

Yes, there must be a few factory colors you haven't done yet... How about both early and late versions of Mocha Frost?
