Are any late 70s / 80s 4 door ford cop cars produced ? I can only think of the AMT Interceptor ? Resin conversions ?

Im a big Springsteen fan & keep thinking about the Darlington County track ?

"Rock n roll music blasting out the t-tops" - 77 /78 Trans Am ?

"Wayne handcuffed to the bumper of a State Troopers Ford" ??? Im kinda stuck ?

Missing Link makes a resin 1978 Ford LTD 4 door. Excellent casting. Needs parts from the AMT 1970 Ford Galaxie interceptor to complete it, so there you go, everything you need.

There is a 1/24th diecast of the 1980s Dodge Diplomat that's been around a while. I think Maisto or someone had one at Walmart a few years ago too. Did anyone mention the Blues Brothers cruiser? I think there is a standard police version of it too.

The BB car is a 74 Monaco, don't know if that qualifies as late 70's, there is such a small market, I'd be shocked if we ever see another sedan from that era. There is a boxy police Impala out there in diecast 77-90, but it needs some work, as well as a resin one, but that needs a Revell 91 Caprice to finish it off .
