pettiner Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 This is the new reissue of the 32 ford sedan. A good kit. Painted Tamiya Black and clear. Painted the chrome wire wheels Rustoleum brown. Photo-etched grill. Drilled out the fenders for the headlights. If you build this kit the interior is very hard to install. the body must be stretched open to do it. I would recommend not attaching the fire wall until the interior is in. The engine is the kit supplied flat head.
kasteer Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 Nice build. Very clean! You need a gangster hanging out the window with a tommy gun....
george 53 Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 good lookin model! I like the basic black on it(any color as long as it's.....) Our own Tim Boyd did a build up on this kit a gave some tips on how to avoid the interior fit problem. I think I'll re-read that particular article before I tackle this bad boy.Your came out nice,I likeee!
pettiner Posted June 11, 2008 Author Posted June 11, 2008 Neal, Good to hear from you. Thanks for the comment. I bet it was hotter up here this past week than where you are. Whew. The club is still going pretty strong. We have a big sprint car project going on right now. It will be quite impressive when done. A combo diorama and action sequence. Bob P
