Question about Herb Deeks

Is Herb Deeks still around? He had some really nice no offset wire wheels years ago and I was wondering if he's still in business.

Anybody heard from or have seen him lately?

Herb's alive and well, talked to him this week as a matter of fact.

He has a kit show this coming Sunday, 8-20-06, here's a link to the flyer and his contact info - unfortunately he's still a little behind when it comes to computer use.

Could I impose upon one of you kind folks that might see Herb to ask him if he still has the Andy Martin molds for the 1:43 scale 1938 International D-300 and if he plans to produce resin kits for sale? He bought the molds from Andy back in the early Mesozoic era when he (Herb) was doing small scale truck kits. Now that Herb has moved on to Area 51, I fear that the truck era is over.

I bought a Supermarket rocket kit when he was here for the NNL show in February (i think). Since i really wanted one, i accepted the wait. turned out to be well worth it.

A long way of saying this international might stand a chance..
